摘要: Aristeromycin (1) (Figure 1) is a carbocyclic analogue of adenosine which was first synthesized in racemic form 1966.1 Shortly thereafter, the compound isolated from fermentation broth Streptomyces citricolor, its structure elucidated, and absolute configuration determined.2 displays variety interesting biological activities,3,4 including inhibition cell division elongation rice plants, AMP synthesis mammalian cells, enzyme S-adenosylhomocysteine hydrolase.5
