摘要: At present, there is much interest in the potential effects of chemicals on endocrine systems animals and man. Chemicals with endocrine-disrupting include (a) various phthalates, (b) compounds based bisphenol A F, (c) alkyl phenols, (d) antioxidant butylated hydroxyanisole. However, potency these comparison natural hormones appears to be very low. Although some evidence for activity animals, high doses are usually necessary, controversy uncertainty interpretation positive findings. In addition consideration hazards, level exposure through leaching into drinking water an important component risk assessment. The present approval processes ensure that such paper suggests a strategy future continued assurance adequate safety margin human substances water.
