摘要: Intranasal application of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) induced nasal allergy-like symptoms sneezing and watery rhinorrhea decreased the histamine content mucosa in guinea pigs. However, animals pretreated with capsaicin (capsaicin desensitization) before sensitization TDI, were not induced. Capsaicin desensitization also inhibited release by TDI. These findings suggest that antidromic impulses capsaicin-sensitive sensory nerves stimulated TDI cause from mast cells mucosa, resulting discharge Thus neurogenic inflammation via an axon reflex nose may contribute to pathogenesis vasomotor rhinitis.
