摘要: 3,4-Dideoxyglucosone-3-ene (DGE), an intermediate in the Mallard reaction, was found Sargassum kjellmanianum Yendo, a kind of brown seaweed, which has been reported to have immunosuppressive activities. DGE isolated from seaweed and studied its biological activity, focusing on immune functions. As result, had marked suppressive effects T cell proliferation, antibody production B cells, IL1 MO, but not proliferationn bone marrow L929 fibroblastoma, B16 melanoma. The activity seems be selective for cells. Furthermore, treatment with effective only delayed-type hypersensitivity model mouse also collagen-induced arthritis
