Most research has focused on broad antecedents construct at organizational level. The current study examines individual Specifically, it how adaptation process impacts individual-level infusion. Based theories cognition, a theoretical model developed. will be tested using multi-method field large health care provider firm. This contribute understanding influence provide insight for managers who are interested in fostering their organizations.
