摘要: The proliferation of social media in organizations has increased dramatically over the past decade. Responding to growing rate adoption, researchers have intensified attention paid understanding how can be used most effectively organizational settings. Specifically, many called for greater unearthing intricacies involved with organizational-stakeholder interactions. In this essay, we present a framework investigating interaction, focusing on role organization communicating its outside stakeholders platforms. research illuminates opportunities future across three categories interaction behaviors (monitoring, disseminating, and enabling) perspectives (knowledge management, communications, economics).
