摘要: Optically active 3-hetero analogues of isocarbacyclin (34a, 38, 39, 40 and 42) as well ω-chain have been synthesized from the bicyclic alcohol (1). Compound 34d had more potent anti-platelet aggregating activity than prostacyclin in human platelet-rich plasma.
