摘要: Abstract Turf wars over medical imaging have become ubiquitous. At many centers, radiologists already lost access to important technologies and their applications. A combination of decreasing revenues in other specialties a growing attachment further threatens radiologists' practices the future. This is first an extended series articles that will address phenomenon self-referral—its motivations, extent, threats it poses radiologists. Each article focus on specific aspect provide advice how can deal with self-referral locales.
