摘要: Background Splenic pseudocysts (SP) are a rare consequence of both acute and chronic pancreatitis. Surgery has been conventional treatment for SP literature on role endoscopic is scant. In this study, we retrospectively evaluated clinical radiological characteristics as well the outcome following drainage. Methods Retrospective analysis patients seen at our unit from January 2002 to June 2015. All were treated with attempted transpapillary drainage nasopancreatic drain or stent. Patients not responding underwent ultrasound-guided transmural percutaneous Results Eleven (all male; mean age: 40.5±8.8 years) studied. Seven had pancreatitis 4 The majority (10/11; 91%) alcohol-related one patient having coexistent pancreas divisum. (64%) successfully only; (9%) needed combined drainage; 3 (27%) surgery. Conclusion Endoscopic an effective especially when it infected clear contents, associated partial ductal disruption that can be bridged by endoprosthesis. Keywords Pancreas divisum, pancreatitis, stent, drain, endotherapy, pancreatic stricture, ultrasound, pseudocyst, spleen Ann Gastroenterol 2016; 29 (3): 373-377
