摘要: Data on the distribution and frequency of hymenopterous parasites leaf-mining insects deciduous trees show that Chalcidoidea family Eulophidae are chief component parasite faunas. The regular complement a species is in order 10 to 20 parasitic Hymenoptera. Many these polyphagous, but almost all instances preference for particular type host evident. faunas tree Lepidoptera, Coleoptera Hymenoptera shown be qualitatively similar, those Diptera rather different. leaf-miners different also from leaf gall-forming and, lesser degree, herbaceous plants. fauna associated with genus quantitatively characteristic general, it most resembles found allied genera. Congeneric miners attacking same attacked by very similar faunas, although mine situation season development may exert some influence. These latter factors considered especially relation Phyllonorycter which data available.
