摘要: There is a lack of published information about intraoperative and postoperative course cardiac surgery in patients with essential thrombocytosis using cardiopulmonary bypass. Both risks thrombosis extracorporeal conduits or uncontrolled bleeding are present, but its incidence treatment not well known. Here, we present rare case patient thrombocytosis, moderate mitral regurgitation severe aortic stenosis who had transapical valve implantation short-term periprosthetic regurgitation, needed mitroaortic replacement on bypass no complications.
