摘要: Essential Thrombocythcythaemia (ET) is an uncommon type of myeloproliferative disorder, characterised by both thrombotic and haemorrhagic diathesis. No clear guidelines exist for the pre- post-operative management patients undergoing cardiac surgery in haematological surgical literature.
