摘要: Iraq occupies the northeastern corner of Arab world; Iran lies to East and Turkey North (Fig. 10.1). Its total land surface is 438,000 km2. The northern part mountainous; central region occupied by Tigris–Euphrates Plain; south characterized marshes; deserts predominate in west.
