摘要: This article will examine public preference for increasing defence expenditure in India. It be argued that the following aspects have a bearing on people’s opinion about expenditure: religiosity; regarding war being solution to India–Pakistan conflict; India’s global image; and federal location India pertaining whether or not they live areas which experienced presence of army protracted periods time.
