摘要: The efficient production, folding, and secretion of proteins is critical for cancer cell survival. However, cells thrive under stress conditions that damage proteins, so many overexpress molecular chaperones facilitate protein folding target misfolded degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome or autophagy pathway. Stress response pathway induction also important Indeed, validated targets anti-cancer treatments include chaperones, components unfolded response, system, autophagy. We will focus on links between breast these processes, as well development drug resistance, relapse, treatment.
