摘要: Natural killer cells have an important role in tumour and viral defence immunoregulation. In the present study pan-NK cell monoclonal antibody NKH1 was utilized to heterogeneity of NK human spleen. Using one two colour analysis it could be demonstrated that majority NKH1+ are located red pulp marginal zone whereas only a minor subset is found lymph follicles. pulp, resemble those peripheral blood terms function phenotype. contrast, few follicles mostly NKH1+, CD2- CD16- thus express unique The tissue distribution provides basis for further studies on kinetics differentiation.
