摘要: Objective The purpose of this study was to assess the 1-year patency rates heparin-bonded covered stents in treatment chronic occlusive disease superficial femoral artery (SFA). Methods All patients treated with a endograft between April 2009 and October 2010 for SFA were prospectively gathered database retrospectively analyzed. Primary, primary-assisted, secondary rates, assessed by ultrasound scanning, analyzed at 1-year, as complication mortality. Results A total 56 limbs stent 53 ischemia Rutherford category 3 (n = 36), 4 5), 5 11), 6 1). Lesions classified TransAtlantic Inter-Society Consensus (TASC)-2-B 9), C 14), D 33), mean lesion length 18.5 ± 7.7 cm. Postoperative complications occurred 7.5%, including hematoma 1), edema pneumonia urinary retention 30-day mortality rate 0%. follow-up 413 208 days. At 1 year, primary 76%, primary-assisted 82%, 89%. limb salvage 100%. Conclusions Heparin-bonded seem provide valid alternative surgical long lesions SFA. Randomized trials long-term data are required before considering technique new standard care.
