摘要: Abstract A sensitive chemiluminescence dot-blot hybridization assay for the detection of CMV DNA in clinical samples AIDS patients is described. In assay, digoxigenin-labelled probes were used and when hybridized they detected by anti-digoxigenin Fab fragments conjugated with alkaline phosphatase. Adamantyl 1, 2-dioxetane phenyl phosphate was as chemiluminescent substrate. The results recorded instant photographic films. obtained compared colourimetric detection. proved specific, reliable thus can be a valuable routine diagnostic test samples.
