摘要: As the use of carbon fullerene increases in chemical industry, concern over its biological and toxicological effects is also increasing. In this study, suspension (C60) phosphate buffered saline was prepared toxicity investigated using cultured RAW 264.7 intraperitoneally injected mice, respectively. The average size 53.7 ± 26.5 nm when determined by particle analyzer. Cell viability significantly decreased exposure (0.25~2.00 μg/ml) for 96 hrs cells. Intracellular reduced glutathione (GSH) level compared to non-treated control group during period, while nitric oxide increased. When mice were with fullerene, serum cytokine levels IL-1 IL-6 increased expression inflammatory genes peritoneal macrophage T cell distribution blood lymphocytes. The results suggested responses induced fullerene.
