摘要: In this review, the authors reflect upon role of coronary physiology in modern management artery disease. They critically appraise scientific background instantaneous wave-free ratio (iFR) and fractional flow reserve (FFR), from early experimental studies to validation against indexes ischemia, clinical trials assessing outcome. At important juncture for field, make predictions future physiological stenosis assessment, outlining developments both iFR FFR new domains beyond confines stable angina. With a focus on evolving FFR, describe how assessment with may advance its application simply justifying guiding revascularization.
