摘要: Background: The detection of residual stenosis infarct related artery (IRA) at early stage after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is crucial in clinical decision making for interventional revascularization. aim this study was to evaluate the relevancy dipyridamole stress SPECT detect functionally and luminologically significant IRA AMI. Methods : Twenty five consecutive patients (M:F=19:6, age 56+13yrs) with AMI underwent coronary angiography within 5 days attack. Infarct arteries FFR ( 0.75 diameter (OST) )70% were regarded have morphologically stenosis. Reversible perfusion defect defined if there improvement score more than one grade segments on rest images compared images. Results Mean DST 0.76±0.14 74±15%. showed no correlation both Kendall's coefficiency 0.28 (p=0.05) 0.13 (p=0.35). sensitivity specificity 92%, 31% 83%, 29%. Conclusion: does not seem be a useful non-invasive test IRA.
