摘要: Background Detection of residual infarct-related artery (IRA) stenosis and multivessel disease (MVD) after thrombolysis has important therapeutic prognostic implications. Technetium 99m sestamibi single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) is used for detection flow-limiting coronary (CAD). Myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) a new technique developed to assess CAD. We aimed compare the relative accuracy vasodilator stress MCE SPECT IRA MVD acute myocardial infarction. Methods Accordingly, 72 patients underwent simultaneous 7 ± 2 days thromobolysis. Coronary angiography was performed in all patients. Results Of patients, 60 demonstrated significant viability which 55 (92%) showed (>50%). present 30 (42%) more accurate than both (85% vs 62%, P = .02) 64%, .004). Conclusion comparable thrombolysis.
