摘要: Two analytical procedures have been developed for the determination of total chromium (TCr) and its highly toxic species, i.e. Cr(VI) in water samples using following methods: inductively coupled plasma dynamic reaction cell isotope dilution mass spectrometry (ICP-DRC-IDMS) high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC/ICP-DRC-IDMS). Spectral interferences, predominantly occurring determination, were removed a (DRC). The presented facilitate quantification trace amounts - below 1 µg L(-1) TCr individual Cr species various matrices including drinking still bottled with different mineral composition. Special attention has paid to adequate preparation isotopically enriched (53)Cr(VI) standard solution order avoid artifacts speciation. Both fully validated as well establishing traceability estimation uncertainty measurement carried out. Application all above mentioned elements technique, which provides highest quality metrological traceability, allowed obtain reliable results samples. Additionally, comparison two HPLC/ICP-DRC-MS HPLC/ICP-DRC-IDMS was submitted basing on validation parameters. As result, lower values these parameters obtained second method.
