摘要: A series of low molarity conductive media based on non-buffering univalent cations, such as sodium chloride-sodium acetate (SCA), boric acid (SB), lithium acid, and mitigate the “runaway” positive feedback heating loop produced by conventional containing biological amine buffers permit improved DNA electrophoresis under conditions salt concentration. These serve well in ultra-fast high-resolution separations RNA fragments.
