摘要: Etude de YBa 2 Cu 3-x Co x O 7- δ pour O≤x≤0.6. La structure et les proprietes supraconductrices sont soigneusement caracterisees par diffraction rayons-X, susceptibilite magnetique, mesures resistivite. des variations frequences: vibration valence symetrique O(4); cisaillement Cu(2)-O(2),O(3); deformation torsion en fonction la composition-x. Les dependances frequences intensites ces modes avec substitution du cobalt rappellent le comportement correspondants 3 pur, deficience croissante oxygene. On propose que dependance ce mode est directement dependante concentration porteurs charge libres
