摘要: The tumor microenvironment is replete with factors secreted and internalized by surrounding cells. Exosomes are nano-sized, protein-embedded, membrane-bound vesicles that released in greater quantities from cancer than normal cells taken up a variety of cell types. These contain proteins genetic material the origin case tumor-derived exosomes, oncoproteins oncogenes. With increasing understanding role exosomes play basic biology, more clear view potential seen to have therapeutics emerges. However, certain essential aspects exosome function, such as uptake mechanisms, still unknown. Various methods cell-exosome interaction been proposed, but this review focuses on protein-protein interactions facilitate receptor-mediated endocytosis, broadly used mechanism
