摘要: Combined pulsed photoconductivity and electric field induced fluorescence quenching measurements have been used to study carrier generation mechanism in x‐metal‐free phthalocyanine. It was found that at low fields is a quadratic function of the applied saturates unity very high fields. Carrier finite zero has linear component Linear correlation between observed for exceeding 60 V/μm. The results are interpreted by assuming dependent charge transfer (CT) state formation which either dissociates into carriers or decays ground state. Fluorescence data excellent agreement with theoretical predictions, while cannot be explained continuum theory CT dissociation probability. suggested development new framework may needed will take account discrete nature hopping vicinity counterion.
