摘要: In order to increase the inherent weak but molecular specific Raman signature exceptional optical properties of plasmonic nanostructures are used. This technique is termed as surface enhanced spectroscopy (SERS) and combines fingerprint specificity with potential single molecule sensitivity. However, non-application SERS in routine analytics often linked low reproducibility metallic or surfaces. Within this contribution, fabrication innovative arrays homogenous signal enhancement introduced, which an important contribution towards powerful diagnostics. Here, application for DNA sensing demonstrated.
