摘要: A system for sorting particles is arranged such that the presence or absence of multiple parameters determined each particle in a flow particles, and logic condition based on parameters. Thereafter, are outputted from when present. Accordingly, multiparameter high-speed measurements rare subpopulation (e.g. biological cells) can be made amidst larger population with differing characteristics. When attached to cytometer/cell sorter microcomputer, allows analysis cells at rates excess 100,000 cells/sec. This an outboard module commercially available home-built cytometer.
