摘要: Inflammation is classically recognized as an essential step for the control of microbial invasion or tissue injury well maintenance homeostasis under a variety noxious conditions. One most intriguing aspect studying inflammation plurality inflammatory mediators that are continuously discovered (microRNAs, adipokines, inflammasomes and danger signals, etc.) their effects on target tissues. Several studies have demonstrated response represents "common soil" multifactorial diseases, encompassing both chronic rheumatic disorders wide conditions including type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular neurodegenerative obesity, cancer, asthma, ageing. While observed in seems to be triggered by infection injury, i.e. main inducers inflammation, other mentioned it appears supported malfunction homeostatic imbalance. In present review, we discuss data emerged from research sustaining diseases.
