摘要: Abstract Age-hardening behaviors of nearly spherical 0.3 μm-Al 2 O 3 particles reinforced 2024Al composites under the temperature 160, 175 and 190 °C were studied by means Brinell-hardness measurement, TEM DSC. Results show that due to addition sub-micro Al particles, hardness composite was obviously improved. While age-hardening efficiency p/Al lower than monolithic 2024 alloy. Formation G.P. regions suppressed thermal-diffusion activation energy s′phase increased which made precipitation more difficult. And number size precipitates in relatively less smaller.
