摘要: We investigate the scaling properties of zero-temperature conductances at integer quantum Hall plateau transitions in lowest Landau band a two-dimensional tight-binding model. Scaling is obeyed for all energy and system sizes with critical exponent {nu}{approx} (7) /(3) . The arithmetic average conductance localization-delocalization point found to be {l_angle}G{r_angle}{sub c}=0.506e{sup 2}/h, agreement universal longitudinal {l_angle}{sigma}{sub xx}{r_angle}= (1) /(2) e{sup 2}/h predicted by an analytical theory. probability distribution broad dip small G. {copyright} {ital 1998} American Physical Society}
