Adiponectin involved in portal flow hepatic extraction of 13C-metacethin in obesity and non-alcoholic fatty liver.

摘要: Obesity and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) are high prevalence, inter-related conditions at increased risk for advanced diseases related mortality. Adiponectin leptin have divergent roles in the pathogenesis of fat accumulation NAFLD. However, relationships between body accumulation, early modification function unbalanced adipokine levels still scarcely explored. We studied by (13C)-methacetin breath test ((13C)-MBT) 67 adults stratified according to mass index, presence/absence ultrasonographic nonalcoholic (uNAFLD). uNAFLD was detected 20%, 73% 96% normal weight, overweight obese subjects, respectively. The delta over baseline after 15 min (DOB15), a marker hepatic extraction efficiency from portal blood flow, lower than weight subjects with-, as compared those without uNAFLD. cumulative percent dose recovery 30 (cPDR30), microsomal function, patients. DOB15 positively correlated with adiponectin patients also showed positive correlation cPDR30 values adiponectin.
