摘要: Combinatorial therapy is the current trend of development novel cancer treatments due to high heterogenous nature solid tumors. In this study, we investigated effects combined use a conditionally replicating adenovirus carrying IL-24 (ZD55-IL-24) and radiotherapy on proliferation apoptosis melanoma A375 cells in vitro vivo. Compared with either agent used alone, ZD55-IL-24 significantly inhibited cell proliferation, accompanied increased apoptosis. Radiotherapy did not affect expression E1A ZD55-IL-24-treated cells, but Bax, promoted activation caspase-3, while decreasing Bcl-2 levels. Thus, synergistic effect combination provides strategy for therapies, promising approach further clinical development.
