摘要: Abstract Animal cell division is a fundamental process that requires complex changes in cytoskeletal organization and function. Aberrant often has disastrous consequences for the can lead to senescence, neoplastic transformation or death. As important regulators of actin cytoskeleton, Rho GTPases play major roles regulating many aspects mitosis cytokinesis. These include centrosome duplication separation, generation cortical rigidity, microtubule–kinetochore stabilization, cleavage furrow formation, contractile ring formation constriction, abscission. The ability proteins function as depends on their cycle between active, GTP-bound inactive, GDP-bound states. However, are inherently inefficient at fulfilling this require actions regulatory enhance GTP binding (RhoGEFs), stimulate GTPase activity (RhoGAPs), sequester inactive cytosol (RhoGDIs). these controlling an area active investigation. In review we will delineate current state knowledge how specific RhoGEFs, RhoGAPs RhoGDIs control cytokinesis, highlight mechanisms by which functions controlled.
