摘要: Hemostasis in complex liver injuries remains a problem despite improvements operative techniques including debridement, suturing or packing. To evaluate fibrin sealant (FS), new biodegradable hemostatic agent combination with porcine collagen for sealing of injuries, three series experiments were performed 132 rats. In I, 18 rats had 10-mm diameter and 2-mm depth punch defect to the left lateral lobe. FS group (n = 9), bleeding was treated by insertion an FS-soaked piece equal size which firmly attached plastic disk wire anchor. control alone inserted. Fifteen minutes after lobe excised pull-off simultaneous script chart recording. There highly significant difference adhesion surface (85.6 ± 7.1 versus 24.8 2.6 g/cm2 group, P < 0.001). II, 42 anticoagulated (Coumadin, PT 27.5% 1.3) lobectomy rupture placed groups 14). Group I FS, II collagen, III catgut sutures served as controls. Fourteen days later 12 13 7 alive yielding 85.7, 92.8, 50% overall survival rates, 0.05 III. III, 72 non-anticoagulated identically examined morphologically at 1, 7, 28, 56 days. Twenty-eight surgery FS-collagen compound completely absorbed without foreign body reaction extensive fibrosis. It concluded that strongly adheres surfaces may enhance causing inflammatory allogenic reactions.
