摘要: Abstract The drying process is generally carried out by burning wood and fossil fuels. However, this method expensive may damage the environment which has an adverse impact on climate. world facing problem of shortage Some researchers did historical work design development solar technology faster, more efficient, hygienic better quality product. Several dryers reviewed enlisted performance as per application. This paper gives idea about recent in dryers. are equipped with thermal storage to enhance efficiency rate off-sunshine hours. To overcome sunshine irregularity, some have come up reservoirs. A comprehensive review different according product been out, helps redesign dryer. From paper, regarding products likes chili, turmeric, peanut, grapes, copra fish presented. Which type dryer suitable what kind improvement could be possible future obtained. For evaluation dryer, used parameters like moisture reduction, removal efficiencies. Solar not receive commercial utility because high initial investment, long payback period intermittent study shows that only saves fuel for but also adds great worth improve terms taste color. It doesn’t any harmful effect environment. therefore ideal use preservation food rural areas. help farmers new products.
