摘要: Neuromedin U (NMU) was originally isolated from porcine spinal cord and shown to be distributed in numerous tissues, including the gastrointestinal tract. However, little is known about role of NMU regulation functions. We established a radioimmunoassay system that exceptionally specific for mouse found high content tract, particularly Auerbach's Meissner's plexi, suggesting possible motility. promoted small intestinal transit, deficiency resulted lowered motility rate diminished effect serotonin-induced defecation diarrhea. These results indicate promotes transit maintains homeostasis.
