摘要: Using microsatellite markers, we compared the genetic structure of populations two carabid species, one described as a generalist (commonly found in forest and open habitats) other known specialist. Both species were sampled same plots, which separated from each by either or forested areas. At local scale considered (13.6 km separating most distant plots), differentiation was substantial for both studied, but specialist Carabus punctatoauratus appeared to be more spatially structured than those C. nemoralis. Isolation distance analyses showed that nonforested areas are partial barriers gene flow although clearly Between within forests, dispersal capacity nemoralis shown higher punctatoauratus.
