摘要: Leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) is a recently characterized cytokine which has been shown to regulate cell growth and differentiation in variety of tissues. We have that LIF stimulates bone resorption DNA synthesis organ culture and,in vivo, marked effects on remodeling. The present study examines further the dose-response, time course mechanisms action neonatal mouse calvaria.45Ca release was significantly increased by at concentrations 10–5,000 U/ml, its stimulation with from 24 96 hours. Although LIF-stimulated least dependent synthesis, these results suggest there are different involved mediating LIF's synthesis. demonstration indicates may be physiological regulation metabolismin vivo.
