摘要: Microscopic investigation was done to determine the effect of entomopathogenic fungi, Beauveria bassiana and essential oil Cymbopogon citratus on different life stages Musca domestica. Scanning electron microscopy fungal infected larvae showed sluggish movement, rigor, failure body balance in water. Treated also revealed varied level cuticle shrinkage extreme dehydration. Surface B. pupae stage mycelial growth, while cadaver adult fly observed have extensive growth covering their entire surface. The application C. oils M. domestica resulted skin shrinkage, spinous cells proliferation bleb formation, treated high incidence incomplete emergence malformation emerged flies. current study establishes infection
