摘要: Five essential oils and eight extracts of common spices were screened evaluated for repellent activity against adults the rice weevil, Sitophilus zeamais (Motsch.), using modified filter paper impregnation method. Both cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) gingers, Etlingera elatior, E. pyramidosphaera Zingiber officinale, showed strong S. zeamis at 20 mg/ml.
