摘要: The floral development of representatives six genera ofCistaceae has been studied. Calyx involves the formation a ring primordium in several taxa. Androecium species with intermediate or higher stamen numbers starts meristem on which stamens are initiated centrifugal direction. In many taxa five alternipetalous leading primordia can be observed. apetalous (cleistogamous) flowers ofTuberaria inconspicua androecium appears to unordered; this is probably due lack petals. InLechea intermedia (also cleistogamous) corolla trimerous and three complex produced, give rise either one stamens. Relationships withinCistaceae discussed. Floral inCistaceae compared that otherMalvanae. Among eight families ofMalvanae from information availableCochlospermaceae andBixaceae exhibit greatest similarities toCistaceae. InCistaceae alternipetalous. InBixa same condition seems present. InMalvales s. str. mostTiliaceae also show earliest initiation sectors, whereas innermost position retarded early even suppressed inSterculiaceae, Bombacaceae, andMalvaceae.
