摘要: The influence of Bioglass (BG) on the growth L cells was studied by means tissue culture, to get an idea its bone-bonding mechanism. Growth rate BG lower than that control silica glass (SG). diminished in size and took up long slender polygonal shapes with radially spread pseudopods, which probably meant cell cycle detained at synthetic period. From these findings, is thought have inhibitory effect cells, might arrest fibrous encapsulation allow bonding bone.
