摘要: Study objective — The aim was to evaluate the effect of acute changes in aortic pressure on coronary reserve and hyperaemic response. Design Aortic were induced either by intra-aortic balloon pumping or production regurgitation. A transient 20 s occlusion left anterior descending artery used as stimulus Experimental subjects experiments performed 19 open chest anaesthetised dogs, weight 13-32 kg. Measurements main results During mean diastolic increased 24.7(SEM 2.9) mm Hg (p<0.001), while regurgitation it decreased 47.7(11.1) (p<0.01). At peak response driving 121.4(2.8) during 59.8(11.5) flow 12.0(3.8) ml·min−1 (p<0.01) pumping, compared values before 14.9(4.2) regurgitation, reserve, expressed ratio resting flow, 0.7(0.1) (p<0.001) 0.4(0.2) (p<0.05) positive significant correlation coefficient found at between total forward effective component both regurgitation. Conclusions suggest that increases decreases regurgitation; these could be attributed flow.
