摘要: Aims We assessed the feasibility of percutaneous implantation a valve in descending aorta and its function systemic pressures. Methods Results A biological harvested from bovine jugular vein was sutured into stent. After creation aortic insufficiency, valved stent percutaneously implanted eight lambs divided two groups depending on severity insufficiency created. Haemodynamic angiographic evaluations were carried out. Anatomical evaluation finally performed. Aortic created: four had mild massive insufficiency. successfully all functioning perfectly early follow-up. Despite this competence, animals with died within 24h following implantation. None died. The first 2 months implantation, but became incompetent after spontaneous healing wound valve. Conclusion Percutaneously valves well This technique might become an interesting alternative to standard approach patients whom perioperative risk is high. Copyright 2002 European Society Cardiology.
