摘要: A new rapid method for the determination of actinides and radiostrontium in vegetation samples has been developed at Savannah River Site Environmental Lab (Aiken, SC, USA) that can be used emergency response situations or routine analysis. The utilizes a sodium hydroxide fusion method, lanthanum fluoride matrix removal step, streamlined column separation process with stacked TEVA, TRU DGA Resin cartridges. Lanthanum was separated rapidly effectively from Am Cm on Resin. Alpha emitters are prepared using rare earth microprecipitation counting by alpha spectrometry. purified 90Sr fractions mounted directly planchets counted gas flow proportional counting. showed high chemical recoveries effective interferences. actinide sample analysis performed less than 8 h excellent quality samples. technique is rugged digestion ensures any refractory particles residue after furnace heating digested.
