摘要: We use magnetotunnelling spectroscopy as a non-invasive probe to produce two-dimensional spatial images of the probability density an electron confined in self-assembled semiconductor quantum dot. The reveal clearly elliptical symmetry ground state and characteristic lobes higher-energy states.
