摘要: Abstract An assay to determine the mechanism of regulation embryonal carcinoma cells by blastocyst, which is based on a comparison tumors produced when cancer are cloned alone or after incorporation into blastocysts, was refined labeling with fluorescent microspheres and following their fate injection blastocysts. Through use new techniques, it observed that one line nullipotent were controlled at 50% level, those from another not controlled, multipotent but undifferentiated in almost absolute fashion. Single Sarcoma 180 L1210 leukemia injected blastocele, C1300 neuroblastoma partially controlled. None these have normal cellular counterpart as does carcinoma, neurulation follows blastulation only few days, so may be regulated time. Parietal yolk sac cells, late On basis data, postulated that, if embryonic field can regulate its closely related cancer, then there an capable regulating each carcinoma.
