摘要: Purpose To assess the one-step self-etching adhesive iBond Gluma inside (1-SE) and two-step etch-and rinse Comfort Bond (2-ER), both used in combination with fine particle hybrid composite Venus, a laboratory prospective clinical study. Materials methods In vitro study, tooth-composite interaction, microleakage, failure of 8 Class V restorations per system were evaluated by light scanning electron microscopy. vivo 90 paired III/IV scored over 48 months (modified USPHS criteria). Cumulative rates (CFR) calculated. Results vitro, microleakage at enamel margins significantly increased 1-SE comparison 2-ER. With 1-SE, micromechanical interlocking was reduced pores within layer arose. vivo, after decreased marginal integrity an number dark color lines observed. Conclusion Because results 4-year study showed lower esthetics for adhesive, its use should be viewed critically, which is line enamel-adhesive-composite interaction found vitro.
